We are committed to developing and using a visionary and innovative curriculum and a knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Our mission is to be an active partner with parents and the communities to promote excellence in a caring environment in which all students will learn and grow. This partnership shall empower all students to develop a strong self-esteem and to become responsible learners and decision-makers while acquiring the solid academic foundation necessary to prepare for the opportunities of a dynamic world.

The Mission of the Meridian High School Library is to support the curriculum of Meridian High School, and as part of that mission provide access to current, adequate, and appropriate information resources, and to ensure that all students, teachers, and staff are effective users of ideas and information.
